Born in Düsseldorf to Greek parents, Apostolos Bailas learned and developed his hairdressing skills in different stations and is now noted for color management, image consulting and highly individual hair care.
After absolving his aprenticeship he worked in different prestigious hairdressing salons. By getting his masters degree in hairdressing he moved to L´Oréal as educator and artist and began acting in the fields of education and coaching for key accounts and other outstanding hairdressers. In addition to his work as a trainer Apostolos travelled the world attend and work on fashion shows in New York, Los Angeles, London and Berlin. Ready for the next step, he turned his vision of his own atelier into reality and established Bailas Contemporary Coiffure in Düsseldorf.
Apostolos works also as coach and consultant. He can be booked to coach single hairdressers, to educate complete hairdressing teams or to develop new concepts for hairdressing salons. Apostolos Bailas only uses state of the art techniques and has a focus on a client centered relationship management.
